Customers may be attracted to per page billing since it alleviates the need to track output per cartridge. You buy pages at a contracted per-page-price and we provide all supplies and service for that price. Price can be tailored to include or exclude certain parts of the service like cartridge installation and machine cleaning. You may choose OEM factory new cartridges or remanufactured.
Analysis
Cartridge Care will conduct a detailed assessment of a customer’s business environment and operating costs and determine optimal toner and machine usage scenarios. Using special tools that analyze toner coverage, we can suggest configurations that save you time and money. Information gathered will reflect an understanding of a client’s environment and is compiled by consultants walking through the client’s environment, mapping assets, noting issues, understanding end-user requirements, etc. CartridgeCare’s analysis will provide the make, model, volume and location of each device, the overall cost for toner (black and color), printer service and maintenance, copier costs (lease and maintenance), and fax costs (lease and maintenance).
